This is probably the best apartment in the area. The apartment is pretty new with a modern design, and it is one of the very few apartments with all-hardwood floor plans. The community has parks as well, and it is a good walking environment for both human and four-leg friends. The management office has a package room that is extremely convenient. Tenants receive emails/texts whenever there is a new package.

My family and I have lived here for over a year now, and I cannot give enough praise to the management at Grandview. The maintenance team are very professional, skilled, and timely. The ladies in the office are great. My experience is mostly with Nicole Hughes, and she is amazing! Always so friendly and kind and takes care of any and all issues promptly and efficiently. You can really tell she cares about the tenants and their experience living here.

Great location! Close to everything you need! Great neighborhood and awesome amenities! Pet friendly and clean! Nicole H. is great to work with and she made our stay so much better! Quick to answer our questions and found solutions to our needs. The heated hallways are a real bonus! We found that we rarely had to adjust our heat even on the coldest days! Never a surprise high heat bill! Swimming pool is a salt water pool and is extremely clean! We would recommend Grandview Flats to anyone!
